Just because you are retiring and going on Medicare doesn't mean that you have to give up your Dental Insurance coverage. There are options available. Our oral and vision health is just as important as ever, if not even more important as we get older.
Many of the Medicare Advantage policies have Dental coverage included, some requiring only dentists in their network be used. So it is important that you talk with your dentist and/or check the network of the insurance company to see if your dentist works with the coverage.
Medicare Supplement policies don't normally include dental coverage but some are now offering discounts. Stand alone Dental Insurance Plans are available that provide more comprehensive coverage. We would be happy to review your circumstances and show you all the options.
Individual dental plans are available for anyone 18 years or older in New York and Pennsylvania. Click on the Dental & Vision Plans Page above to see if your dentist is in the network of one of these plans. If not, we would be happy to check to see if your dentist is in one of our other company's networks. Coverage for preventative care can start as soon as you are signed up. Just contact us for more info...
